We spent 2 weeks here, and it was peaceful and comfortable overall. The room was clean, well furnished, and the furnishings were good quality. Staff were helpful, the amenities all worked, and the price was reasonable. The area felt quiet and safe, with a nice view of the Han river. Our only complaint was occasional noise from guests upstairs. We would've stayed longer if there had been good breakfast choices and a mini kitchen, or even a microwave.

The housekeeping team were so warm and kind that I felt at home, and the staff were friendly throughout. Cleanliness was one of the main reasons I returned for a second visit. The hotel seemed noticeably improved this time, newer, more refined, and more luxurious. I felt relaxed and comfortable during my stay, and I'd choose it again if I get the chance to visit the city.

I changed accommodation three times in Vietnam because everywhere was so noisy, so finding this quiet hotel was a relief. It's in a calm area near the river and main bridge, with no karaoke or renovations nearby. The beach line is 10-15 minutes away by bike. The rooms are large, with nice interiors, lovely city and river views, comfortable beds, and warm sheets. The staff are polite, friendly, always at reception, and ready to help. Breakfast wasn't included, but they gave me free breakfast vouchers for my whole stay. I loved it here and would stay again if I come back to Danang. Thank you!

The breakfast was varied and good, and I was very happy with my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and tidied daily. The reception staff, including Thuy Tien, and the housekeeping team were professional and always welcoming.

Sandals Stay Hotel really saved our DaNang trip. They knew how the process worked for expats holding TRCs. The room was great, and the service was too.
