Shilla Monogram Danang

The host made a tricky dish much easier to get right. We cooked Bánh Xèo and spring rolls with very fresh ingredients, and the results were fantastic thanks to the guidance. The table was thoughtfully set after class, too. I’d highly recommend the cooking class, it was top-notch from start to finish.

The breakfast buffet at Shilla Monogram was the standout for me. Its bakery had fresh, flaky, flavorful pastries, and it’s rare to get bread of that quality at a hotel breakfast. The staff were attentive throughout and made me feel very welcome. I’d recommend it, especially to food lovers. Special thanks to Pastry Chef Hanh Chau. Her kind, warm hospitality made my morning brighter.

The infinity pool was a nice touch, with a view of the beach so you could enjoy the ocean and pool together. The pool water was warm, and from our room we could see both the pool and lobby. The lobby itself is beautiful, with a big circular sofa surrounded by water that’s great for photos. At arrival, I left my car at the entrance but couldn’t find anyone outside to help, so I had to go in and locate check-in. Someone eventually came to assist with the luggage. Breakfast was very crowded and seemed short on space. They moved some guests to the first floor, an arrangement I personally didn’t like. It was my first stay here. Nothing else particularly impressed me, and while the visit was decent, service and organization could improve.

The outdoor warm-water pools and jacuzzi were a big draw for me, and I loved the interior design. Breakfast, the room, and service were all good, and having the sauna included was a real treat. Shilla Monogram Danang is a great development at this price point, full stop. It’s probably the best choice for my taste, since I don’t like the extravaganza that Intercontinental Sun Peninsula Da Nang offers.
