Alice and Halie at the front desk were friendly, professional, and especially helpful in making sure I was comfortable. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed. I had a wonderful stay at the Signature M Hotel and would happily return. The location made it easy to get around. Madame Lan is only a few minutes away on foot, and the hotel’s 20% Grab discount made travel around town easier and more affordable. Complimentary laundry, including detergent, was available from 9 am, which was very convenient. The hotel also offers ground-floor rooms for easier access, a useful option for senior citizens. My only small criticism is that the bread choices and sausage could be better. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay, and I’d recommend it.

I appreciated the free washer and dryer, and the Coway purifier made it easy to refill drinking water. The neighborhood was peaceful, with good restaurants, cafés, and a convenience store nearby. The building is more than 100 years old, which gives the hotel a distinct heritage feel. Inside, modern design and Indochine style come together charmingly. It smelled lovely after the beautiful renovation, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. I got a very warm welcome and would definitely stay again when I’m in Da Nang.

This was my first impression of vietnam, and the hotel was clean with such friendly, helpful people. I can’t thank the lovely people of danang enough, especially Alice, Nick, and the others whose names I didn’t manage to get. Someone recommended local food that was really delicious, and Nick sent me suggestions for my trip to hoian. The noodles were amazing; we ate two bowls every day. Kudos to the kitchen team and chef. I’d love to come back soon.
