The owner welcomed me right away, and she and her sister pointed me to delicious Pho, Banh Mi, and Cao Lau. She also cooked a really tasty breakfast at a reasonable price for the two nights I stayed. The room was spacious and very clean, with A/C and a ceiling fan. I heard the occasional honk from the road, but that's Vietnam, and it didn't disturb my sleep. It's a lovely place, just up from the Old Town.

Tam and Loc were welcoming, helpful, and quick to offer advice. When I arrived, they suggested places to eat and shop and told me what to avoid. They also offer laundry service. The room, WiFi, cleanliness, and easy access were all great. It's centrally located but quiet enough, about an eight-minute walk from the tourist area. I stayed five days without a problem, and it really felt like home. Highly recommended! 😊

The location was a real plus, right in the center but away from the busy tourist streets and crowds. I had a balcony, got restaurant tips from the lovely woman running the place, and the food was the best I'd had since arriving in Vietnam. She also did my laundry: I dropped it off one day and it was clean and folded the next morning. She explained the activities when I arrived and mentioned she could offer a special deal if I booked directly. She was always looking out for me and made the place feel like home. I'd only planned to stay one night, but it was so clean and comfortable that I stayed longer. Everything was just perfect ☺️

The hosts were lovely and went out of their way to help, including taking me to the beach on a motorcycle. Hard to believe the place was nine feet underwater three months earlier. Amazing, and highly recommended. Thank you. Max

I got the flu while traveling there, and they took care of me and made sure I had what I needed. Lovely people and a lovely place, close to the old town but set back from the tourist crowds.
