She quoted me 19 million VND a month for an apartment, but the market price today for this type of place in the Son Tra district is 7 million VND. The price seems to depend on who’s asking. A landlord who behaves that way is obviously dishonest, so I’d move on and look elsewhere. You can find the same kind of apartment for half the price. Greedy Vietnamese woman and man.

The common areas are always dirty despite everyone paying for cleaning, and problems with the apartments’ condition are almost never dealt with. Building maintenance is handled incompetently, and the service is poor. The contract heavily favors the landlord and allows him to raise the rent by 40%, which he is capable of doing. They’re greedy and incompetent. Best not to deal with them.

A quiet place in a convenient location, with lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel is cozy and has a lovely interior, and the price is great. I don’t know what the previous reviewer disliked, I enjoyed everything. I’d definitely recommend it!
