Terra Boutique Hotel

We stayed five nights in rooms 802 and 1005. The rooms were okay but small, with too little space to open a large suitcase. The AC was very cold, which was good, and we slept comfortably. Bathrooms were clean, the heater worked well, and toiletries, coffee, and tea were replenished each day. Breakfast was okay, but there weren't many choices and the menu was nearly the same every day. Most of the staff were fine. The men in particular were polite, kind, and smiling, though some of the women were a bit rude. We were surprised when a message said we owed 350k vnd for a bedsheet stain and should collect the linen from the lobby to wash it ourselves, paying if it wouldn't come out. It was a small mark that seemed like something laundry service should handle. Dirt on sheets seems normal to me as part of a hotel's service; otherwise guests would have to bring their own. We hadn't eaten or drunk in the room, since we came back late, and the stain they showed us looked like the one we'd noticed on arrival and assumed was from poor washing. We raised it with management and fortunately it was resolved. The beach and restaurants were nearby, and the stay was okay overall.

We stayed on 25 Feb 2026 and our flight and immigration delays put us far behind schedule. Luckily, the airport pickup driver waited patiently for over two hours. Agoda had a good promotional price that included the transfer. The room was clean, with a clear glass washroom. Breakfast was good too, with comfortable seating and a nice spread, from hot, soupy pho to colorful fresh fruit.

The hallway on the 10th floor was very dim, and it was completely dark when stepping out of the elevator until the motion sensor lights came on. In the room, the bathroom lock was broken and the walls were old and discolored, as if they had been wet or damaged before. There was no double lock on the door, so I wouldn't recommend this place to a woman traveling alone. We were three people on a tour and had been told we'd get a triple-bed room. Instead, we got two queen beds in a tiny room, with hardly any space to open or put down our luggage. The guide said they hadn't been told about the arrangement in advance, which made things very inconvenient. The room was outdated, not very clean, and cramped enough that we struggled to sleep.

Even though I'd booked and paid through Agoda three days ahead, the hotel said there was a problem when I arrived and sent me to a different place. That hotel's room was in poor condition and didn't meet the same standard. I definitely can't recommend this.
