I’ve stayed here three times since 2018. The price starts at 400k VND, which I found acceptable, and its central location makes it convenient for getting between attractions. It’s a fairly new hotel, with fresh paint and new furniture. The photos below show northern Vietnamese guests celebrating Vietnam’s football team scoring.

There’s plenty of food and massage places around, and the hotel is close to the famous Han Market. It’s right in central Da Nang, with a shopping mall within walking distance. The price is affordable.

The location is perfect and the shower was nice. The room was a reasonable size, neither spacious nor cramped. One staff member in particular was kind and very helpful with our cabs and luggage.

You have to keep calling reception to turn on the AC because they keep switching it off. No one is available to carry your luggage. For a hotel with such lax quality standards, the surcharge for checking out an hour late is very high.
