I came for three days at first, fell in love with the place, and ended up staying more than two months. It feels like my home away from home. Everyone made me feel welcome and gave me reasons to enjoy each day. I’ll definitely be back again and again.

We had two comfortable, peaceful nights, and the place had everything we needed. Staff were helpful and available when we needed them. The weather wasn’t good enough for us to try the pool, but it would be an even nicer spot in the sun.

We came back to Phoenix Hotel Bungalow for a second visit and loved it just as much. The bungalows are private and comfortable, all just a few meters from a superb pool. The hotel sits on a quiet little street, yet the wet market, restaurants, and ATMs are within walking distance. It’s also only a few minutes by ride to the old town and beaches. The staff are lovely and helpful. A special thanks to Helen for arranging our pickups, drop-offs, and activities during the trip. We’ll definitely return when we’re next in Hoi An. Staying here also gets you 15% off at Phoenix restaurant in An Bang beach.

The location made it easy to explore, with the Old Town and Ba Le market nearby. This peaceful mini resort was a real treat, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I stayed in a beautifully designed private Vietnamese bungalow, a calm place to unwind. For the quality, the price was very reasonable. It exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly recommend it for a quiet getaway in Hoi An.
