The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beach and sea view was quite nice, especially at sunrise. The location is a major plus, right in a main tourist area with plenty nearby and the beach about a two minute walk away. There was construction across the street, sometimes continuing late into the night. The bathroom also had poor lighting, and hot water wasn’t always available later in the evening, likely because of the kind of heating system. The room was okay overall. For a short stay, it’s not bad, and one to three nights is probably ideal.

It was affordable and clean, and worked perfectly as a base since I didn’t spend much time inside. The room wasn’t as spacious as I’d imagined, the sea view was minimal, and the bathrooms were just okay.

My Khe Beach was literally a one-minute walk away, which made the location incredible. The room was clean and simple, and the AC was ice cold.

PAY ATTENTION! This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in during more than a year of travelling around Southeast Asia. It was filthy from the moment we walked in, and the room smelled so strongly of mold that my clothes smelled too after a couple of days. We were stuck there for 4 days because it was TET and we couldn’t find anywhere else right away. That was 3 n half days too long. The ceiling fan looked like it was barely attached, like a Final Destination moment waiting to happen. I don’t know how this place stays open, or how it gets anything above one-star reviews.
