The biggest issue was communication, since nobody spoke English and we had to rely on Google Translate. Staff seemed unprofessional, sometimes laughing at our requests instead of helping, and they didn't assist with our luggage. Breakfast was very poor. Our sheets were really dirty at first, so we had to call room service to get them changed.
