We spent about a week at Nam Long Plus in February, in a twin room. They kindly moved us to a higher floor when we asked. The room was clean and spacious, with big beds, a working TV and aircon, and a decent shower. The free bike hire was useful. The bikes were fine for our ride north along the coast to the sand dunes. There was some confusion about the laundry charge when we checked out, so it may be worth confirming the weight and cost when you use that service. Dong Hoi is a lovely town, and this was a great base for exploring it. Very good value for money and one of the places we enjoyed most in Vietnam.

The quiet location was a real plus, with the river and beach nearby and plenty of restaurants around, both local places and other options. The hotel is clean, has what you need, and the staff are so welcoming. Ha, the owner, speaks great English and is always happy to help. She arranged transfers for us and clearly cares about her guests. We slept so well in the comfortable beds, and the showers were extremely hot. There was daily housekeeping too. It feels underpriced for what you get, which is another highlight since it's so inexpensive. This is the best hotel we've stayed in across Vietnam so far. Dong Hoi is lovely as well, and we're sad to leave. We'd happily stay again and recommend it if you're visiting.

The staff were super helpful, and the free bicycle came in handy for getting around town. Rooms are quiet, comfortable, and airy, with everything needed for a decent stay. Great hotel in a very good location, I'd definitely recommend it.

The service was friendly and courteous, and the staff communicated well using Google translator. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had a nice view. The shower worked really well, with good pressure. We highly recommend the hotel and would gladly stay again.

As a family of four traveling through the country, we were so glad to find this comfortable, conveniently located hotel near the harbour. The beds were soft, there was hot water, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone on staff was friendly. We also found the laundry service great and cost efficient. Dong Hoi is a beautiful city, with lovely architecture. Thanks for hosting us!
