We came for two nights and extended our stay as soon as we arrived. It's a real gem if you're looking to get away from everyday life and enjoy the peace of village surroundings. The food was great, especially the BBQ set they prepare for you. We grilled it ourselves and were nearly overwhelmed by how much food there was.

We ate here for breakfast and dinner throughout our three days because the food was amazing. Everyone working there was kind and accommodating, and the central area felt cozy. The dogs were friendly and loved getting attention. Keep in mind you'll need to rent a scooter to get around, though they have them on site. Thanks for a lovely stay, we'd come back ❤️

We had a great stay and recommend this place. There are lots of attractions and beautiful spots nearby, while the hostel itself is calm in the evenings, with a little campfire to sit by. The people are lovely, the food is really good, and you can rent scooters or arrange car service. They also have very cute, friendly dogs *~*

The three lovely dogs were the highlight for us and made the place feel like home. It's a quiet countryside base around Ninh Binh that's a good fit for budget travellers. The hosts were kind and helpful, and the room was clean with a hot shower. Breakfast is included, and there's laundry service and motorbike rental. Their restaurant serves lunch and dinner until 9 pm, with very generous portions. There are hammocks, outdoor seating, sofas, a pool table, and a small shop for snacks and drinks. You can arrange onward bus travel here, and they even drove us into town and waited with us to catch our bus. I'd love to return.

They were so helpful when we arrived, surprising us with a free upgrade from a double room to a two-double bungalow. The food is mostly Vietnamese and cooked fresh. I ordered a salad, and he picked the lettuce from his garden just 20 metres away. The fruit pancakes are really good and cost 40k. We're vegan and I'm gluten free, and they happily adjusted food for us. Other guests also ordered off-menu dishes, and the staff were happy to make those too. Drinks, fresh fruit, and snacks are available to buy. The beds are firm, as is typical in Vietnam, but the pillows and blankets are cushy. Everything was very clean, and the showers had hot water and good pressure. Scooters cost 130k and bikes 50k to rent, and they came with good helmets. On checkout day, they drove us to the bus stop for free, waited 25 minutes, and made sure the driver knew where we were getting off. It's family-friendly, close to attractions and beautiful scenery, and very affordable. We had a great stay and would come back.
