Ha Giang Loop Hostel

We stayed here for one night before setting off on the Ha Giang Loop. The room was okay, though there was an odd smell, and the pancake at breakfast wasn’t cooked properly. We rented a motorbike to do the loop independently. It was in very good shape, with working brakes and plenty of tread on the tires, and the rental felt reliable and professional. The price was affordable, and the staff member was helpful. We left our backpacks in a hotel locker for four days and only had to return the key after the loop.

The receptionist spoke English really well, which we appreciated, and the hostel helped arrange all our transfers. We ran into an issue during our stay, but they sorted it out quickly. They also work closely with the easy rider company “Lotus,” whose riders wear red vests and drive very well. I’d recommend doing the Loop with an easy rider so you can enjoy the experience more.

We rented a motorbike for six days and had no problems with it. The host was really friendly and quick to reply to messages, and we also booked a sleeper bus to Sa Pa before leaving. It cost less than booking through 12Asia. Our room was cozy, clean, and had its own bathroom. The laundry service was quick and efficient, and there’s a Billard table too. The hostel itself is beautiful and has a nice atmosphere.

I booked their four-day guided group bike tour, with everything included, and it was flawless! Bean at reception was kind and very helpful, and his English was really good. The room was comfortable and clean, and the quality for the price was very good.
