Cannh and Kiki were so thoughtful and kind. The rooms were clean and nice, and I slept well because it wasn’t too noisy. I rented a bike next door for the Ha giang loop at a fair price, and even though I hadn’t booked ahead, they already had a room for me the night I returned. I really enjoyed staying here. The food was great, and the staff were helpful and smiling. If you’re looking for a family-like atmosphere, this is the place. I’d definitely come back!

The staff are very kind and always ready to help, and they’re flexible with check-in and check-out. The street is quieter than the busier parts of Hà Giang, so it’s peaceful, and I always sleep really well here. I’ve stayed many times and will keep coming back. Rooms are clean, nice and comfortable. I recommend it if you need a good night’s sleep before or after the loop!

The only good thing was the view from the window. The bed was like a rock, the most uncomfortable I’ve slept on, and there was someone else’s dirty towel in the room. Water dripped all night because the roof was caving in. The fridge didn’t work and smelled really mouldy. The fan remote had no batteries, so I had to stand on the fridge to turn the fan on and off.

The hotel was okay. I’d read the other reviews, so I slept on my towel, but my SO slept just fine and thought those reviews were an overreaction. The bike rental next door, which has the same owners, was great. The bike did a great job, and we left our backpacks there while we were on the HaGiang Loop. One guy speaks English well, and the others try and manage just fine. They also booked our buss back to Hanoi.
