Best Western Premier Sapphire Halong

We spent three nights in the two-bedroom junior suite, and it was a fantastic stay. The staff made us feel at home, from the lobby to the restaurant. They were professional, respectful, accommodating, and full of helpful tips about local food, getting around, and tours. When there was a problem with my bank card while booking on Booking.com, they called and said I could pay when I arrived. The room was spacious and spotless, with big, comfortable beds. The towels were the biggest and fluffiest I've ever seen, and there was nice attention to detail, from a range of toiletries to good-quality cosmetic products in the shower. Breakfast was great, too. There were tasty Asian dishes, omelettes made to order, plenty of Western options, and good strong coffee. The pool was clean and refreshingly cool. We didn't use the indoor pool, but it looked spotless. This was my first visit to Ha Long. I live in Hanoi, so I'm sure I'll be back for a relaxing weekend soon.

The room and building still feel brand new. This apartment is just right for what I need.

The rooms are nice, though small, and the area is quite something. The location is really great if you have a sea view.
