Dai Viet Hotel by OYO Rooms

The facilities were modern and clean, but I won't come back because the charges weren't clear. The price shown when I booked through Booking.com changed after checkout, when the owner said the room rate had gone up. They also charged for bottled water, though there was no drinks menu and everyone assumed it was complimentary.

They only told me about the higher price when presenting the bill. I'd booked and confirmed through Booking.com, but the owner said the hotel had canceled and stopped using the site, then demanded a different, clearly higher rate without telling me beforehand. They also charged me for two bottles of water. I'm speechless. I'll never return.

The food was fresh and delicious, and cheaper than elsewhere. The service was enthusiastic too. I've been to lots of places, and this is the best one for me.

The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and the hotel has good amenities. Service was attentive.
