Clean rooms, and Ricky has managed the place very well. The restaurant isn't operating because Covid affected the business. I had some torn towels, and the shower is over the WC, which is kind of unthinkable. They don't allow food or drinks in the room, so be careful. Breakfast restaurants are far away, and you'll have to walk quite a bit.

A new team has recently started running the hotel, and I've been very satisfied. They were helpful with cruise bookings and offered good-value packages. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends.

I visited during the recent Lunar New Year holiday. The location was really convenient, and the reception staff were enthusiastic. They helped me plan itineraries and suggested tours and cruise packages at very reasonable prices.

Emerald Ha Long Hotel by Wechill made my stay wonderful, with a friendly welcome at reception. They also suggested a fantastic 5-star cruise ship. Thank you so much!
