The room felt cramped, and its thin container-style walls let in a lot of noise and heat. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out and often had no connection. It’s far from the sea, even though the furniture is new and inexpensive. I wouldn’t come back.

The staff were especially nice. It’s a quiet place, with distinctive decor and all the accommodations you need.

Nice views, good service, and a central spot.

6/10
The staff were friendly, and the room has a lovely design and a sea view. Getting to the Ha Long Bay cruise ship terminal means taking a taxi or another form of transport. The surrounding area is quiet, and it doesn’t really invite you to explore on foot. The location is probably the main downside.

The room is small, but it was incredibly comfortable, and there’s a lounge with tables and chairs where people can chat late into the night. When I arrived, the clean, spacious, modern feel and amazing view exceeded what I expected after reading the reviews. It seems like a lovely place for a couple to unwind 😌
