6/10
The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a lovely, peaceful view. The reception area has a nice decoration, though there are loads of lizards there. Staff were friendly, but couldn't understand English at all, so explaining things was difficult. It's far from halong bay, and taxis are hard to find on the street. The hotel can call one for you if they understand what you're asking for. There's no breakfast.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the price was very cheap. For anything else you need, you'll have to go out.
