The owner was really unpleasant to talk to. I booked on Agoda at one price, but when I arrived they questioned how I'd gotten that rate and said I had to pay extra to get a room :)))) Better not book, or you'll just leave frustrated.

The rooms are roomy, and the hotel feels clean and airy. It’s 1.8km from the beach, so getting around is easy, with plenty of amenities nearby. They seem to rent motorbikes as well. Worth considering.

The owners were so friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel is lovely, with rooms that are new and clean. It's right in the plaza area, handy for getting around, and there are lots of nice places to take photos.
