The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our time at D’Lecia. It's a stunning, modern hotel, with a beautiful reception area and a spacious, very clean room. Breakfast was tasty each morning in a big, open dining room. After finishing the Ha Giang Loop, we especially liked the outdoor pool and sauna on the fourth floor. The pool is cold, but still nice. Sauna access costs 150k Dong. The gym is small, with one cable set, a pull-up rack, and a treadmill, enough for a quick workout. There's also a large commercial gym right across the street. There are a few nice cafes and a laundry nearby. Beyond that, there's not much around, though that's more about Halong city than the hotel.

The staff were all really nice, but what the hotel offered was limited. Food choices were few, and room service wasn't available in the morning. None of the fridges in our three rooms worked, and they didn't do anything to fix them.

We had a great time in Ha Long, and the staff made things easy from the start. They were friendly, helped arrange transport, and were available both at reception and online when we needed them. Their suggestion to take a Ha Long Bay cruise was one of our trip highlights, something we might have missed without their advice. The room was bright and spacious, with a great shower and a large, comfortable bed. The hotel's decor and materials felt stylish, modern, and welcoming. Shops and restaurants were an easy walk away too. This was probably the best place we could have picked in Ha Long. I'd recommend it for the comfort, style, and service.

The hotel looked like its photos and the other reviews suggested. The bed was comfortable, everything was super clean, and I liked the design. The pool was nice too. Breakfast coffee was delicious, and the restaurant staff were lovely. One morning we missed breakfast time, but they still brought us some bread and jam. The downside was the old TVs in the rooms, with no Netflix or other streaming options. There's a gym across the street where you can buy a day pass for 100.000.
