It's low cost and in a prime location, but nobody seemed to care or respond well. The service wasn't good, and they didn't even clean the room. Staying there felt like a waste of time.

The service was good, but it was too noisy.

There was a dead rat in one of the rooms. They spent a few minutes cleaning it and told the guests to go back to bed. When we reported a problem and asked to switch rooms, they blamed us. Breakfast was just as bad: there was a piece of paper in the noodle bowl, and the noodles tasted sour. The place was filthy and the service was poor. Completely unethical, and it ruined the mood of the trip. 👎👎

I wanted to switch rooms because there was a decomposing mouse in mine. The shop claimed I was after a sea view and a luxurious lifestyle?? They got it wrong, and their attitude was awful. Now they should try a really cool challenge in there =)))
