Ocean Dragon Hotel Halong

From a high floor you can see the sea, and the dining room on the 12th floor has a panoramic view. The linens and pillows were clean, reception staff were enthusiastic, and the hotel feels worth the money. The double and single rooms are a little small. One inconvenience is that opening the door requires a key card. If two people are in the room and one comes back late while the other is asleep with their phone on Do Not Disturb and muted, they may not be able to call them and will have to ring reception to unlock the door. Aside from that, everything was very good. It's rated 3 stars, but the service is better than that, comparable to some 4-star hotels nearby.

We stayed here on April 30, and I'd rate it 5 stars. The room was new and clean, with a wonderfully relaxing sea view. The pillows, blankets, and room amenities were on par with those at the 5-star hotel I stayed at in Phu Quoc. The staff were the highlight for me, so friendly and enthusiastic, almost like family. There was also plenty of parking.

For a 3-star hotel, the rooms feel 5-star, with bathrobes for a luxurious check-in right in the room. It's a new hotel, so the furniture is still fresh and clean. The location is convenient for getting to places to eat and travel.
