Don’t book through Booking.com. When we arrived, no rooms were ready. They didn’t want to prepare one, so they lied and said they were full even though Booking.com showed availability. Then they cancelled the booking and immediately kicked us out of reception.

Really lovely people and a great hotel for the price. When I couldn’t get a taxi, the receptionist even helped me get to the bus station. Definitely recommend :)

The rooms are expensive, yet the amenities are almost nonexistent apart from a toothbrush, like what you’d find in an old motel. Who gave this place a 4.5-star rating? It’s the worst I’ve seen. A bowl of noodles that costs 50k VND tastes like a punch in the face. All the electrical outlets are faulty, and the unreliable fan makes a loud rumbling sound like a tractor climbing uphill. Everyone should avoid this hotel.
