We had to wait 15-20 minutes before they let us into our room, and the service was poor. They charge extra for service but then expect us to handle things ourselves. The Wi-Fi was weak, so we asked a staff member to check it. The receptionist snapped, "Don't you know how to unplug the network cable yourself? Why do you have to call someone else?" The rooms and everything else felt unreliable, and the staff were rude. This guesthouse should be avoided.

The place was filthy and awful, and the owner was grumpy. We should’ve picked another guesthouse.

The owner has a short temper, and the hotel is dirty. Everyone should look for somewhere else to stay.

The place was filthy, worse than a toilet.
