8/10
The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the hygiene standards were well kept throughout, which put me at ease. The remote location was a letdown, though. There isn't worthwhile shopping or decent dining nearby, so we had to rely on the hotel's restaurants. Only the main restaurant, where breakfast is served, has much variety. The other two mostly have light snacks and very limited choices. To eat outside, you'll need to take Grab. At night, the street lighting is sufficient, so it feels [sic].

The standout for me was the generous seafood tower, beautifully arranged with fresh, sweet, high-quality seafood. Each item was carefully prepared to keep its natural flavor. The Yacht Hotel by De in Ha Long also has modern equipment, elegant rooms, and spotless facilities. Tra, Mai, and Hien were warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Their professionalism and friendliness made us feel welcome and valued. The hotel combines luxury, great seafood, and outstanding hospitality into an unforgettable Ha Long stay.

The restaurant's signature seafood tower is generous, beautifully arranged, and made with fresh seafood. The dishes are carefully prepared to bring out their natural flavors, and the menu is excellent. The Yacht Hotel by DC also has stylish rooms, modern facilities, and consistent cleanliness throughout. Tra, Mai, Hien, Văn Chung were patient, courteous, and thoughtful in every interaction. Their service added to the welcoming atmosphere and helped make our stay smooth. This hotel brings together modern comfort, good food, and outstanding service for a delightful visit to Ha Long.

The city and staff were lovely, and this was easily the best hotel in Ha Long. Special thanks to Duc for looking after me throughout my stay. When I needed help with the room late at night, he promptly did all he could, with a smile.

Tra, Mai, and Hien made the stay feel especially welcoming with thoughtful, attentive service. The Yacht Hotel by DC also has stylish interiors, modern amenities, and well-maintained facilities. I really liked the restaurant's selection, especially the seafood tower, which was beautifully presented and full of fresh, natural-tasting seafood. A comfortable choice in Ha Long for good food and warm hospitality.
