We booked a room with breakfast, but at check-in we were told they’d entered it incorrectly and had forgotten to include it. The receptionist was unfriendly and didn’t try to sort it out, and we weren’t offered a discount. If we’d known there was no breakfast, we would have picked another hotel. Then at 7:30 a.m., drilling and hammering in the room beside ours woke us up. The hotel was still being renovated, and they could at least have told us when we arrived.

The price is really low, and this is a new hotel just a block from the water. It’s in a newer area, but there are still plenty of places to eat and shop.
