I left something behind and contacted home to ask for it back, telling them to check with the receptionist. I called for several days, but nobody picked up.

The location felt isolated, with nothing nearby to eat. We stayed two nights, and on the second, when we asked for toilet paper, staff said they had run out. Their faces always looked grumpy and unpleasant. Even guesthouses back in my hometown aren't this bad. I’d tell people not to book here.

We ordered breakfast at 1 AM, and they said it was too late, but that it would be ready at 8. The next morning it didn't arrive until almost 9. The hotel is far from the city center, and the reception staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested.

It’s about 250 m from the beach, inside the BIM Group resort. The air is fresh and the surroundings are very quiet. The price is reasonable too, so it works well as a homestay.
