Ha Tien Sea View Hotel

It was fine. The location is good, right by the night market, but there's a bright light shining in your face all night.

The receptionist was nice and helped me choose a room, then arrange a taxi to the border the next morning. There’s no Grab in the area. I wanted a cheap, quiet place to sleep before going to the border, but I regret not staying in the town center. Another person in the area was singing karaoke until midnight. The hotel itself is basic, with that eerie, ghost-town feeling you often get in Vietnam's overdeveloped areas, which I think are driven by corruption. The building is brand new but already looks dated, and the shower had serious plumbing problems with no steady flow.

HaTien Seaview Hotel has 40 standard and deluxe rooms, all attractively and tastefully designed. Each has basic equipment including a television, air conditioner, refrigerator, and hair dryer. The hotel is extremely clean and cool, and the staff are very enthusiastic. It’s one of the famous hotels in Ha Tien, with a convenient location for getting to fairy and commercial centers, and a comfortable, convenient place to stay.

The staff were amazing, and I really recommend Ha Tien Seaview Hotel. It's in the new town, about 5 minutes from the city by scooter or a 30-minute walk. There wasn't breakfast when I stayed, though I think the hotel is still making improvements. Thanks for everything!
