Bao Ngoc Hotel

The Wi-Fi was so weak that we had to leave the room door wide open to get a signal from the floor above, and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. Breakfast wasn't free, despite what was advertised. We stayed for two nights and three days. The service was awful, and the food wasn't good. Our room cost 650k VND per night, and they charged us 750k VND per night for at least two meals at the hotel. The room we booked wasn't what we got: we had reserved room 802, but on arrival they said it was occupied and moved us elsewhere. The room lights kept switching on and off at night, so we had to get around with flashlights. Some female classmates staying downstairs said the shower drain clogged and overflowed while someone was using it, soaking people's belongings on the floor and even the lobby. The hotel's food was expensive and bad, so we ate out the next day. It felt more like a guesthouse than a hotel. If Bao Ngoc Hotel sees this, please take the feedback seriously and don't post fake feedback. Think carefully before booking. For a trip, I'd look for a better hotel or a more affordable guesthouse. Bảo Ngọc Hotel shouldn't charge hotel prices.
