Breakfast is geared toward Asian guests, as expected, but I managed to find something to eat. The location is handy for shops, restaurants, and the airport, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The hotel was immaculate, with large, very clean rooms. We also got the added surprise of a little kitchen with a sink and hob. Definitely worthy of five stars, and one of the best hotels I've stayed in over the last 18 months.

A basic room with a cozy feel and traditional Vietnamese style. The service was friendly and nice, and the trip from the airport to the hotel took around 20 minutes.

The cultural touches and cuisine were beautifully done, and the logistics ran flawlessly. Service was warm and anticipatory throughout. My sincere thanks to Patrick for exemplary leadership, calm coordination, and attention to detail that made the event unforgettable. The staff were outstanding, always ready and sharp to help. We'll recommend this hotel and can't wait to return for more cultural events.

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were always kind. Pearl River is definitely the best option in Hai Phong, with a great location.
