I spent 9 days here on my own and loved the stay. My room was on the 8th floor overlooking the lake, and the bathroom was a favorite, especially the shower's temperature indicator. The hotel is less than a 10 minute drive from the airport, and breakfast upstairs had a calm feel. A friendly employee made eggs for me whenever I asked. There was lots of cabinet and surface space, a smart TV for logging into my subscriptions, and daily room cleaning. When I was working, I could ask for the day's water bottles and towels and skip cleaning. The elevator is spacious and has an Egyptian look. Scooter and car parking are in the basement. Upstairs there's an outdoor smoking area, and you can also use the external stairs or fire escape between floors. A pharmacy is about 200 meters away, with a lovely gaming cafe or PC bang around the corner. After I had a motorcycle accident on Cat Ba Island, I recovered here, and the staff were kind, understanding, and helpful. They were friendly throughout my extended stay at CM Hotel. If I'm back in Hai Phong, I'm 100000% coming back.

We found plenty of places to eat nearby and were close to big shopping centres and markets, while still away from busy streets and crowded areas. I hadn't originally planned to stay here because I wanted somewhere more central, but I kept coming back to this option and am glad I chose it. My husband and I had a remarkable stay. The whole team went out of their way to help, whether with transport hire, taxis, or suggestions for places to eat. Reception manager Millie was helpful and available around the clock for questions. We also met the owners, who were friendly and hands-on, and made us feel like family. The lobby's stunning chandelier set a lovely mood on arrival, and the decor had a bright, modern Vietnamese style. Our room was on the 8th floor with a lake view. It had two huge, comfortable single beds and an impressive bathroom with a state-of-the-art shower. I've stayed in wonderful hotels around the world, and CM is in my top 3. I'll definitely return.

The service was incredible, and the spacious, new rooms were great. There's also a marvelous rooftop with a lake view, a nice place to relax with friends. Highly recommended.

The price is very affordable, and the concierge was warm and super helpful. Everything feels brand new, right down to that newness smell. Highly recommend this place.

Everything was new and the hotel was super clean, with a nice view and a nice person. I had an amazing experience and will choose Cm hotel again when I come back.
