Kim Bao Hotel

There's a big lake nearby that's great for a walk or jog. The rooms are nice and very clean, and the service was great, with polite, attentive staff. I would've liked more breakfast choices, but otherwise it was a good experience.

Breakfast is closer to Korean style than Western, and there's no lunch or dinner available in the restaurant. It's also hard to find a taxi from the location. Service was good, though there were some limits to English communication. Credit cards are limited to Visa and MasterCard.

The location is right by the highway, where loaded trucks and other vehicles from Hanoi keep passing. It's dusty and noisy around the clock, day and night. The service was disgusting, and the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. They really should learn how to do their jobs better. I wouldn't choose this place again.

This hotel is dangerous, especially for women. The inside lock is pointless since the door can be opened from outside. I unlocked it to take a shower, and someone came in. The hotel also doesn't follow the law. Foreigners from outside Hai Duong are still staying here. Even after I was warned by public security once, the hotel still doesn't comply with the law.
