Phuong Mai Family Hotel

I went to Happy Foot for a manicure and pedicure, not to comment on the hotel. It's a different place from Happt Feet, the spa a few doors away. The menu listed both services at 50k with regular polish, but when I chose a color they only showed me gel options and said it would be 200k each. I asked for regular, non-gel polish, and the staff seemed confused and offered no alternative despite the menu. It felt deliberately misleading. The manicure itself was poor: my nails had sharp edges and uneven polish, and the technician was often on her phone, which made the service feel even less professional. The hygiene was the worst part. A staff member took the clippers used on my feet, used them on her own toes, then returned them to my technician, who used them on my hands without cleaning them. I found that shocking and extremely unsanitary. They also pressured me for a tip at the end. My partner enjoyed a foot massage there, but after my experience I wouldn't recommend their manicure or pedicure. The whole thing felt unprofessional, unhygienic, and intentionally deceptive.

She did a thorough job straightening my hair, and I was really pleased. My three friends had their hair washed, and it came to 300,000 for all of us together!

The family are so kind and accommodating, and made me feel at home. There's also a massage place and smoothies. Thanks, it was really nice ❤️

For 450,000 VND, I thought the price was very fair. The host was kind and gave me useful advice, and the welcome was warm. It's a spacious, quiet room, with a delicious breakfast: authentic Vietnamese coffee and fresh fruit with yogurt. The location is great too, about a 15-minute walk from the sea and bay viewpoints. Highly recommended!
