Housekeeping kept our room immaculate for the whole week, with care in the details that made it feel comfortable every time we came back. The team consistently showed genuine care, and their thoughtfulness turned the stay into lovely memories. We left already eager to return. Check-in was smooth, welcoming, and efficient from the start. Our early check-out was handled just as calmly and professionally, and someone kindly helped with our luggage, which made a real difference.

We had a relaxing stay in a quiet spot with a great view. Since the hotel is newly built, everything felt modern, clean, and comfortable. The suite and connecting rooms were spacious and worked really well for families, and the surroundings were pleasant and well kept. Breakfast was a highlight for me as a Korean guest. I was happy to find Korean food options, and there was great quality and variety. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Pullman Hai Phong for a comfortable stay.

What made this trip so pleasant was Pullman Hotel and its staff. I've stayed at several hotels in Vietnam, including Intercontinental in Phu Quoc, five-star places in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Six Senses, and Amanoi. Of them all, the feeling I got at check-in at your Pullman Hotel was the best. That first impression matters a lot to me and shapes how I feel about a hotel's service. The staff's kindness, the way they spoke, and their expressions all made me comfortable. Linh was wonderful, and so were the staff on the 3rd and 31st floors. The cleaning on the 29th floor was also very good. Thank you, Pullman Hotel, for giving me a good trip memory.

Thuong from housekeeping made the stay especially pleasant. She was warm, thoughtful, and always ready to help, and the room was beautifully refreshed each day with new amenities. The whole team left a great impression. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I’d choose this hotel first if I return. Thanks for making the visit such a lovely one.

The complimentary onsen was a real treat, and Pullman’s is a lovely hotel with great amenities. The staff were sweet too. Tho helped us so much during our stay. Had a great time here and would definitely recommend it.
