The price was great, and the service was even better than I expected, better than some luxury hotels I’ve experienced. I spent two days at Royal Motel on a business trip, and the staff were always friendly, smiling, and met all my requirements. They even brought eating utensils within two minutes of my asking. I’ve stayed at many hotels and motels, but this was the first time I felt so respected while also getting such professional, friendly service. I hope to see them again on my next business trip!

It’s clean and spacious, with good Wi-Fi and great value. The location is okay, though taxi drivers and others may have trouble finding it.

Hey everyone, you’ve picked the wrong hotel! Royal Hotel on Hang Chao Street in Hanoi is a different place.

The rooms are clean, and the receptionist is friendly and cheerful, with enthusiastic service. It’s a bit far from the center, though, so getting a Grab can be difficult.

The staff deserve special thanks. They’re always smiling, treat guests respectfully, and are keen to help with any questions. The hotel is in a quiet area, which is great for resting after the bustle of motorcycling. My room was clean and dry, with no damp smell. The furniture and appliances were all in very good condition. A wonderful hotel.
