The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything I needed, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Miss Hà especially went out of her way to make sure guests were comfortable and helped with onward travel. The hotel is right by the lake, with easy access to everything. My only reason for giving four stars is breakfast. Since it's in Vietnam, I'd have liked more variety and more authentic Vietnamese dishes. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

After booking a larger room on Agoda, I was given a much smaller one with a tiny window and no washing machine, sofa, or window curtains. They said there were two types of standard double room and that the larger one with those features wasn't available. Then they asked for an extra 200000 vnd to provide a room with what I had booked. The Agoda room descriptions and photos felt false and fraudulent. After I moved into a room with a partial lake view, its TV didn't work either. Unreliable and unsatisfactory overall.

Coming back each day felt like coming home. The place is clean and well kept, and it's right by West Lake (Ho Tay), with nice walking nearby and some distance from Hanoi's busy streets. The staff and service were outstanding, and the price was excellent for what you get.

The basement coffee shop is fantastic, and the lakeside atmosphere is especially nice in the evening. We had a thoroughly enjoyable two-day stay at 22 Moon West Lake Residence, with service that impressed us. It's in a great spot near West Lake, one of Vietnam’s most beautiful freshwater landmarks. Just check your room selection carefully if you want a lake view. We didn't realize that had to be chosen when booking, so we missed out. Highly recommended.

Rooms were clean and nice, with a buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly and spoke English. I'd definitely recommend it.
