It’s a little small, and the shower has no curtain or divider from the toilet and sink. We also heard some noise in the bathroom on the 5th floor, possibly because it’s near a staff room. Still, the price felt very good for the location, within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake and several Michelin-rated restaurants, and about 800m from the south entrance of Train Street.

The breakfast was really poor, which made the price feel less fair. Otherwise, it was a reasonable deal for a budget hotel, so don't expect luxury. The location is excellent, just around the corner from both the lake and train street.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a very good spot near the old quarter and political places. I'd definitely recommend it to friends visiting Hanoi.

The staff were friendly, but my fridge didn't work. The shower has no divider from the toilet seat, so everything gets wet. They also charge fees if you eat in their dining area. After housekeeping cleaned the room, my luggage tag was missing and had apparently been counted as trash.

I planned to stay two nights and the receptionist asked me to pay for both up front. Once I got to the room, I found it had no window and was dirty and noisy, so I asked to stay for just one night, which he agreed to. The next day I asked for a refund. He said he'd transfer it during the day, but after I left he told me he wouldn't refund it because there were no guests that day.
