The morning light was lovely, and the room had plenty of space. It was clean too, with a lovely bathroom, an elevator, and really nice snacks waiting in the room. The staff stayed up until 3 am for my check-in and let me leave later for a small fee, which I really appreciated. The location was great, and I’d definitely come back.

Getting to Train Street and the Opera House was easy from this hotel. The room, though, was so small and had almost no daylight. It felt cramped, as if there was hardly any space beyond where you first stepped in.

The staff were kind and accommodating, and the location was spot on. My room had a terrace with a nice view, though the rooms themselves were just okay. The bathroom was in rough shape, the toilet was cluttered, and it wasn’t especially clean. Still a nice place to stay if you’re not too picky.

The staff were friendly and gave excellent service, but there were several issues with the room. It looked smaller than I expected and didn’t seem to match the online photos. There was an odd smell, water from the air conditioner leaked onto the floor, and the walls felt paper thin.

We had a great five-night stay and would book here again. The staff were helpful and let us check in early. They also cleaned the room regularly and replenished the complimentary items. It was easy to reach the nearby tourist spots from the location.
