The staff were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was mostly a fruit buffet with toast, jam and eggs. I had a good stay overall. I spent one night in an eight-bed dorm. It was a quiet hostel, with only a little street noise. The showers and toilets are outside the dorm, which I liked. The mattress was thick and soft, and the bed had its own plug, fan and light for privacy.

The staff were always nice and friendly. The toilets were generally clean, though there were stains on the walls that made it look like they weren’t cleaned very well every day. I had a top bunk, and getting up there was difficult because the space between the beds was so tight. The online photos may be from when the hostel first opened. They still show the same pictures, but the place is a bit old now.

The rooftop was my favourite part, and I really enjoyed my time at this hostel. It had only been open about six months, so everything still felt new. The staff were friendly and ready to answer questions. They suggested places to eat and rent bikes, and even helped us book a Grab car using their Grab points for a cheaper fare. Breakfast was nice too, with pineapple, dragon fruit, watermelon, bananas, bread and eggs. They also let us cook breakfast. I forgot to take a picture of the hostel. I’d recommend it very highly, more than 100 out of 100.

The common areas were mostly empty, so the hostel was quiet, but it didn’t have the warm, social feel of some other hostels. The place is very clean, and the online photos are reliable. It’s a little away from the busy street, though still only about a five-minute walk. Breakfast was a bit light for me. The bathroom felt rather basic, with the shower in the same space as the cabinet. Towels cost $1 to rent, and the lockers are small, enough for your valuables. I’d recommend staying here if you want somewhere to rest.

The room was nice and clean, and so was the shared bathroom. Everyone on staff was welcoming, especially Ha and Qliynh, who were both really helpful. We were lucky to meet Ha on our first day in Hanoi. We had no idea where to eat, and she suggested lots of good places. She even helped call us a Grab car at a discounted price.
