There are plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby, or just a short taxi ride away, although the apartments aren't in central Hanoi. The place itself was spacious, clean and modern, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and wouldn't look for another place if I came back to this area.

We slept well in this quiet part of town, with cafés, restaurants and convenience stores all within walking distance. It was also easy to get a Grab to the Old Quarter or other tourist sites. The room was clean and spacious, and the friendly staff were helpful. The gym was small but had the equipment and machines I needed.

A small gesture made a big impression: the team noticed it was my birthday, apparently from my passport, and surprised me with a cake in my room. I had checked in that day after work, so I really appreciated it. The hotel and apartment were very good, and the staff were kind and helpful. All the best to Team Branda❤️❤️❤️❤️

The room has a balcony, and the window keeps things quiet while you're sleeping. Facilities are good, and the staff are enthusiastic. Breakfast is simple, but reasonably priced. A great option if you're traveling in Long Bien. Oh, there's a machine in the room. Room 07 every floor is amazing.

The rooms were pristine, and after long workdays the mattresses were a welcome place to sleep, even though beds in Vietnam are much firmer than many Westerners are used to. We were four Aussies who couldn't speak Vietnamese, and choosing Branda Hotel turned out to be the best decision of our trip. We'd been in Ocean Park for two isolated days during a business event in Ha Noi before deciding to go our own way. Tháo greeted us at the door and made mornings and afternoons feel warm and welcoming. We also met Ngán, the hotel manager, whose strong English let us chat about Vietnamese economics and innovation while she answered all our questions. Please help keep the hotel's home-like atmosphere and respect the staff. Cafe Deli Aroma is about 100m to the left of the entrance. Thanks to Ngán, Tháo and the team for making a less than desirable trip unforgettable. We'll be back. Room 507 & 607 ❤💛
