The owner was quick to reply to our questions, helpful, and prompt about resolving anything we raised. We had a great time and would highly recommend the apartment. The room itself was nice and clean, though it had no safety box or dressing table. The TV looked small for such a big apartment, but free Netflix was a nice plus. We barely used the kitchenette equipment beyond the fridge since we were out most of the time. There was an iron, and each bathroom had a hair dryer. Pool, gym, and indoor playground were free, and our children loved the pool. The building is right by the beach, but entering it or the Japanese garden requires a resident card, which we didn't have. We managed to sort it out with some guards, but it might not always work, since one guard did stop us.

The apartment complex had a good gym, swimming pool, supermarket, and restaurants. In the apartment, the TV was broken and there was no cleaning under the bed. English wasn't spoken, and there wasn't a separate front desk service. You need to contact the owner in advance to confirm.

I stayed three days and got only two towels and two bottles of water. I asked for more, and they said they'd bring them the next morning, but I waited and nothing arrived. The receptionist didn't answer when I called, and it took a long time to hear back. Terrible service!

The owner was lovely, haha. The room was beautiful and had far more equipment and services than I expected. It was incredibly spacious, with a huge TV.
