There are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by, and the area feels safe. The hotel is reasonably priced, with a spacious reception and a nice lift. My check-in was around 1.30 pm, and the receptionist was efficient and courteous. The room and toilet were tidy, clean, and had no smell. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In the room there was a hair dryer, kettle, wifi, TV, aircon, hot shower, and toiletries including liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, a shaver, and a hair cap. They also provided 2 bottled waters, 2 sachets of coffee, and 2 tea bags. My only issue was noise: like many hotels in Vietnam, the door and walls are quite thin, so sounds from the walkway outside can be heard very clearly in the room.

The rooms are a little small, though that was fine for the price. Everything was clean and well maintained, the location was good, and the staff were friendly. It had all the amenities I needed, and it was a pleasure to stay there.

The view was great, and it was quiet. The location was great too, and the room was a great deal for the price. Genius discounts also worked as expected through the booking apps. 👍🤫

There are lots of good restaurants around C’bon Hotel. I stayed there in summer, and the room was clean and a good size. The staff were super nice and let me leave my luggage for 3 days while I was in Hà Giang. Thanks again!

I had a nice stay in a nice neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean, though the rooms were small. I could easily hear other guests, and the shower swung between too hot and too cold.
