Capella Hanoi

For my first time in Hanoi, I felt warmly welcomed by everyone and really enjoyed the stay. Ruby and Jacob at Hudson Room took such good care of me throughout. Mr. Vu, the Housekeeping Manager, was kind and attentive, and I appreciated his support. Cherry, the Spa Manager, also made a difference by introducing me to the spa and sharing useful information about Hanoi. Her recommendations and help made the visit even more enjoyable.

The room was comfortable, luxurious, and kept in great condition, and I enjoyed the food and the welcoming feel of the hotel. Capella Hanoi is stunning, with thoughtful design and lovely details throughout. Everyone on staff was warm and professional, and they went out of their way to make our visit memorable. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Vietnam, and I’d recommend it to anyone after a distinctive luxury stay in Hanoi.

The meal was a standout, with refined dishes that were full of flavor. We were visiting for a site inspection and came away very impressed with the welcome and the quality of the facilities. The property looks beautiful, and the craftsmanship and care in the design show in every space. It was a great experience that reflects the hotel’s high standards and focus on giving guests a remarkable stay. 👍👍👍

The staff were great from check-in through the bars and restaurants, always friendly and attentive. They were also quick to respond on WhatsApp before and during our stay. The spa was lovely, and Hoa D gave me a fantastic massage. We’d planned one night at Capella Hanoi before our Ha Long Bay cruise, then two nights at the Sofitel afterward. That first night was so good that we canceled the Sofitel and booked Capella again. We’re glad we did. The interior is gorgeous, with Bill Bensley’s design bringing the glamorous 1920s to life. The jazz soirée in the living room suited the theme, as did the floor and room names. We were upgraded to a beautifully designed, well-equipped suite bigger than my college apartment. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the made-to-order dishes. The mung bean sticky rice is well worth trying. We also had charcuterie, veal, and pasta at Hudson Rooms, all just right at the end of our 16 days in Vietnam. We’d come back to Hanoi just to stay here again.
