Casa Dos Príncipes Hotel & Spa

Lyn made a big difference to our stay at Hanoi Casa Dos Príncipes. She arranged a fantastic street food tour and helped us plan the next part of our trip. When we unexpectedly needed to stay an extra night in Hanoi, she quickly found us a room at another hotel just 100 meters away, which made things easy and stress-free. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel very well looked after. The hotel was beautiful and clean, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and everything was well taken care of. Its location was perfect for exploring Hanoi. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it. Thanks again, Lyn, for making our stay so memorable!

The location was great and good value for money. Lyn was kind, patient, easy to reach, and happy to help. I felt safe and cared for, and she was a real part of why I enjoyed the stay. I'd visit her again if I return to Hanoi. Mey was sweet and soft-spoken, offered good recommendations nearby, and helped with my plans. Danny was enthusiastic, easygoing, patient, and spoke clearly. The kitchen staff were a bit off. Breakfast should definitely start on time so travelers can plan their day. All in all, these people made my stay comfortable.

On checkout morning, 17 Mar 2026, reception had our takeaway breakfast ready to go, though we didn't catch the staff member's name. We'd been told at check-in that breakfast could be arranged for our early departure, and the handoff was seamless. On our third day, 16 Mar 2026, Cong remembered that we like extra lime and chili padi in our pho. Such attentive service! Danny at reception also explained things clearly and helped whenever we had questions. We were celebrating our friendship anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a beautiful room decoration that made the stay feel extra special. All the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay.

Breakfast is upstairs, reached by a small staircase. The room was nicely presented, with a lovely large shower room, and we were greeted warmly by Lynn at the door. Check-in was quick and easy, with welcome drinks. The staff were helpful with local trips and taxi rides. The hotel sits in the old quarter, within easy walking distance of the surrounding areas.
