Crescendo Limitless Style

Getting there by car wasn’t possible, only by motorcycle, though the location itself wasn’t bad. Inside, the rooms were dirty enough that we had to wear slippers, and there were socks from the previous guest in the wardrobe. The dishes hadn’t been washed, there was no washing machine in the room, and there was no soap. They didn’t replenish any during our stay. We were also pushed to pay on site, since payment through Booking wasn’t possible.

The room was new and well equipped, but the dirt made it disgusting. I had to buy cleaning products myself just to get it to an acceptable level. It’s a shame a new building isn’t being properly looked after. Also, be aware that payment through Booking isn’t accepted. They asked us to pay on the last day, by cash or card, with an extra 3% card charge that hadn’t been disclosed beforehand. Since this wasn’t stated through Booking, you have the right to refuse. That’s unacceptable.

Dirty, honestly. The sheets and towels were dirty, and the bathroom wasn’t fully clean either. I even saw a rat on the first floor on my last night. It really spoiled part of my time in hanoi, and I’d avoid this place.

After I booked the apartment, they said something had happened in our room and we couldn’t stay there. It turned out they’d overbooked. When we arrived, other guests were still in the apartment, and we waited a long time before anyone came from the house to speak with us. They didn’t respect their guests. I wouldn’t recommend it.
