Dolphin Plaza Hanoi

I left feeling sticky after swimming, and the water was murky. The pool was tiny and smelled strongly of chlorine, despite being advertised as a mineral salt pool. Entry each day was 120k VND for adults and 100k VND for children. A terrible experience. I won't be back.

The Sky area is nice, but the parking garage felt cramped and was dark and messy.

The saltwater pool is lovely to swim in and really clean. I’d say morning is the best time to take a dip and cool off.

I was polite, admitted I’d parked in the wrong place by mistake, and only needed help finding my car. Instead, the security guard spoke to me in an incredibly rude and condescending way. I almost cried in the parking lot, and left the morning feeling exhausted and angry. It was a terrible customer service experience, and I hope I never have to return. If the security manager sees this, please retrain the staff. It was my first visit, so I didn’t know that resident and guest parking were separate. After I accidentally used a resident’s space, I came back to find my car gone. Security had moved it to the guest area. I didn’t know where that was, so I asked for directions. The guard told me, “Go find it yourself, everyone has a first time.” Another guard later asked her to show me where it was, but she said it was lunchtime and they were on break, then told me to let the car wander and search until evening. I had a very important appointment that afternoon. Does she understand how upsetting it is to be stuck in a parking lot and told she doesn’t care if you’re lost there until evening? Did she ever think about her own daughter being unable to find her car in that garage? Was I supposed to have a perfect map of the parking lot on my first visit? I didn’t need an escort, just directions. She’s employed as a security guard and wouldn’t even assist a customer. I wasn’t being unreasonable, so I don’t understand why she treated me that way.
