I was travelling alone at 77 and felt safe and secure here. The Eco Hotel staff gave me good advice and helped arrange extra transportation, and I appreciated their consideration. It’s in a great spot in the old city, just a few minutes’ walk from a bank, good food, and plenty of Vietnamese charm. My room was reasonably priced, with a double bed and clean bathroom. The higher floors are spacious enough for two and very quiet. Thank you to the staff. Ron Hall (NZ).

Anna at the front desk was especially thoughtful, friendly, and helpful. When we asked at the last minute for an extra bed, the team arranged it quickly and smoothly. Everyone seemed to be doing their best to keep us comfortable, and we left with a very happy, memorable experience. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Being right in central Hanoi made it easy to eat out, shop, and get to places like Train Street. The hotel was clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I could walk to most of the places I wanted to see in the Old Quarter Hanoi. The room was clean, with daily cleaning and fresh linens, and both receptionists were friendly. I had an amazing stay.
