The place is far from the center, and even the nearby lake looked dirty. I paid extra for a garden view, but all I could see was a wall, perhaps the garden was hiding behind it. Plugs didn't work, with cables hanging out of the walls. The rooms and common areas were filthy, with hair, dust, and mould everywhere. Check my unfiltered photos before reading more and you'll see what I mean. Honestly, one of the worst places I've seen in Asia. What else would you need to decide to leave and stay somewhere else? I hope the people who left positive reviews at least got decent commissions.

The stairs could be a challenge for older guests, especially on the upper floors, though they're manageable if you don't mind walking. The rooms are affordable and cozy, and looked like the Agoda photos. Cindy and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. It's also handy for food places, attractions, and convenience stores. What you see is what you get, and we had a pleasant stay that felt worth the price. Mike from the Philippines 🇵🇭

The receptionist was kind and welcoming, but the room and bathroom were very poorly maintained. There was dust and hair, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned well. The window faced a wall, and an electrical wire came out beside the bed. At 8am, staff knocked on every door to deliver linen without warning us in advance. The place is so dirty that it's hard to feel positive about it. A lot of work is needed for the accommodation to match the price of the spaces shown in the 'official' photos. If you need a safe, peaceful night's sleep, this may not be the right place.

Cindy at the front desk was so kind, and I liked being close to the water, shops, and coffee places. The bed was hard, but the AC was great. The hotel is simple, but I loved it and felt like I had my own little apartment.

I had a really nice room with a balcony and a small kitchen. The reception girl and I had an interesting chat, and it gave the place a bit of a homey feel. It's near the lake, which was lovely for a morning stroll. I'd recommend it ✨
