The area feels very local, with plenty of little restaurants, shops, and stalls, especially one street over. The hotel is down a small street, so you'll need to wheel your luggage in on foot. Google Maps hasn't updated the street view for this spot, so you won't see it there. The rooms were bright, clean, and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Max leads a great team.

I had to extend my time in Hanoi unexpectedly and booked Eli Rina at the last minute. Glad I did. The staff were friendly and really helpful, and the rooms were clean with great AC. They kept the lobby cool too, which made a difference in the summer heat. The hotel is also well located next to the Temple of Literature.

It's only our first day at Eli Rina Hotel & Apartment, but things have already been great. Tom made us feel so welcome. He brought us welcome drinks, helped with our luggage, and even came to find us when we got lost nearby. Really grateful for his kindness and help. Looking forward to the rest of our stay!

Hiển was so helpful with parking and getting our motorbike in and out of the garage, which made things easy for us. Everyone was welcoming, polite, and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and tidy. Great location, close to everything. I'm really happy with the service and will come back on our next trip!

Tom took all my bags to the end of the road and helped me into my Grab for the airport. The hospitality was hard to beat. My room was amazingly clean, and the staff were so warm and kind. Everything about my stay was lovely, and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Hanoi!
